this is invader skoog. he is an Irken that is being assigned a planet to invade, conquer, and add to the growing Irken Empire. the Tallest, the leaders of the Irken race, assign the planets. Unfortunately, Skoog is very short, which is looked down upon by Irkens, so he gets a pretty bad planet assigned to him.
