Howl's Moving Castle (Plot)
Sophie is a quiet girl who works in a small hat shop in the midst of a humble town. There is a legend passed between the girls who work in the hat shop of a strange sorcerer named Howl who lives in a moving castle and kidnaps pretty girls to steal their hearts (Sophie, in her humility, doesn't think she's very pretty, so she doesn't worry too much about it).
One day, as she's walking home, Sophie meets Howl without realizing who it is. He begins escorting her home, but they soon run into trouble, and he begins to fly up and away from it all, holding her hand and letting her learn how to fly also. Landing on a balcony, he leaves her to go back to his castle.
That night, however, upon closing the shop (with no one else there), she encounters a strange woman who turns out to be a sorceress (the Witch of the Waste). The witch, desiring Howl's heart for herself and no other, puts a spell on Sophie, turning her into a 90-year-old lady (that's what you see on my profile picture).
Sophie leaves home to search for a cure to her sudden 'disease,' and, in the land of the Waste, runs into the Moving Castle. Going inside, she discovers a boy who is Howl's Apprentice, a Fire named Calcifer that can talk, and realizes that Howl is actually a good-natured magician who doesn't prey on pretty girls; rather, he is being "hunted" by various witches, etc., who desire his love and his heart.
In the ensuing and unfolding events of the rest of the movie, she tries (with Howl's help) to break the spell.
P.ost S.cript- It's based on the book Howl's Moving Castle.

I don't like it... but who cares anyways. I just like the everchanging door that takes you diffrent places by the spin of the color
btw I was just looking at past comments and decided to answer your defensive question. I am always changing into a diffrent person (shouldn't we all be changing... the sma gets boring). I know you and your detailed mind are thinking-"Changing, you have to stay true to what you really are!" Well, what I meant was changing as in change= Getting better and learning/discovering what and who I am. Well, Had fun answering, and I guess its my turn to ask back now, huh? So I'm gonna ask the same thing, because maybe this time I'll actually get a DEFININITE ANSWER. Why do you have an ugly old lady as a profile pic. Still just curious, later...
and I'm the only critical one... hehe
So what, who isn't...
jeff why cant you just enjoy the funniness of the picture. so what if he wants a ugly old lady as his pic. its funny.
Use a name... I know you won't say that face to face to me... coward
Whoa there, Jeff and RW. They can be anonymous if they want to be.
And I just happened to think the picture of the old lady just looked funny, and that's why I chose it. Okay?
Jeff, I'll email you after camp about some things.
aye
aye
Why do you expect me to keep posting so rapidly? I am currently out of ideas as to what to post, so you'll have to learn the meaning of patience in the meantime.
dan, I think you need to calm down and not take it so seriously. Its just a little nudge bro, thas all man...
nice job dan... nice job... I won't be returning either bro.
No, I just have no time for this crap... rebecca just said it a little nicer than me.
Sam is mostly right, Jeff. "I have no time for this crap"? Regardless of how "nicely" anyone else puts it, maybe you should think about how you're saying it.
P.S.- I don't know why you said "calm down" earlier. I wasn't upset or anything; it's just that I don't appreciate a million comments on every one of my posts (not to mention the fact that most of the comments have no depth or meaning).
w/e you say dan... pffffffffh
