Shadows in The Grass
This is a painting by Carl Brenders. I had never heard of him until I looked into one one of the art books my dad got from the library. He does artwork of animals and nature, and he's extremely good, especially with all of the detail-the paintings look like photographs. This isn't a very good-quality pic of the painting "Shadows in the Grass," but you get the picture.

Yes. And the book explains the many different steps in the process and various layers of paint, etc. It's very interesting.
i've always wanted the talent of being artistic...i can't draw, or paint, or sculpt...nothin'. but this guy is really good!!! i've heard of him before, my dad is into paintings....cool.
