Youth Activity and stuf...

Well, the Video Scavenger Hunt yesterday was pretty fun. We went to Columbus Point Crossing and were required to capture on tape various things such as: a stranger saying "Happy Birthday, Amy"; a guy from our team proposing to a girl/woman; our team eating at taco bell; a person from our team reading a children's book to us at Barnes and Noble; our team singing "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" and "You Are My Sunshine"(the latter having been sung to a couple); footage of the guys trying on lotion and playing with Barbies and the girls trying on wigs and playing video games; having a real cop handcuff one of us; running up the escalator that goes down; and such crazy things. One of the groups was thrown out of Sears for the escalator thing. Terrence was the one from our team who proposed to a stranger, and that was funny. The lady pretended to be all excited, and enthusiastically answered, "Yes!" Then there was the weird girl that apparently misunderstood when we told her to say "Happy Birthday to Amy," and instead sang "Happy Birthday" in a...strange...style. Yes, it was fun(although some people cheated....).

There's been a lot going on this month. We went to the Nursing Home on Sunday and a wedding last week, School's out for 2 weeks, Christmas is in 5 days, Sam's birthday is on Thursday, the aforementioned Youth Activity was yesterday, we had Christmas at Grace a couple weeks ago-Uncle Charley and Curt Smith and Jimmy Nichols came, and I was in a Christmas-themed puppet show, and more stuff will probably pop up in the next couple weeks.
